I'm Stef!

I love my dog and the Nebraska Huskers (okay, I love my family too)-- and if we met up for Happy Hour tonight we'd talk about the intersection of mental health and the church. (I sincerely cannot help myself and also I promise I'm fun.) I'm a storyteller and keynote speaker, licensed counselor and Strengths Coach. I'm fifteen years deep into erasing stigma, encouraging professional help, and urging the Church to honor the mentally ill with compassion and hope. Professionally grounded, confidential, and experienced, I'm ready to help you and yours dive in-- from the big stage, over coffee, at your conference or retreat. Because let's be honest, we've got work to do.
